                1、Temperature measurement interval regulations for temperature measurement lines

                    The test of the inner surface temperature difference, cooling rate, ambient temperature and temperature strain of the mass concrete pouring body, in the concrete pouring  after that, it should not be less than 4 times per day and night; the measurement of mold temperature should not be less than 2 times per shift.

                2、Layout of temperature measuring lines

                    The layout of monitoring points in the mass concrete pouring body should truly reflect the highest temperature inside the concrete pouring body, inside and outside the temperature difference, cooling rate and ambient temperature can be arranged in the following ways:

                    ▲ The layout range of monitoring points should take the half axis of the symmetry axis of the selected concrete cast body plan as the test area monitoring points in the test area are arranged in layers according to the plane;

                    ▲ In the test area, the location and number of monitoring points can be determined according to the temperature field distribution in the warm concrete pouring body and the requirements of temperature control ask for confirmation

                    ▲ On each test axis, there should be no less than 4 monitoring points, which should be arranged according to the geometric dimensions of the structure;

                    ▲ Along the thickness direction of the concrete cast body, the outside, bottom and middle temperature measuring points must be arranged, and the remaining measuring points should be measured according to the measuring points the spacing is not greater than 600mm;

                    ▲ The effect of thermal insulation and maintenance and the number of monitoring points for ambient temperature should be determined according to specific needs;

                    ▲ The temperature of the bottom surface of the concrete pouring body should be the temperature at 50mm on the bottom surface of the concrete pouring body.

                    ▲ The surface temperature of the concrete pouring body should be the temperature within 50mm of the concrete surface;

      Instructions

                1、Check the power level Check the power level of the host to make sure the power is sufficient.

                2、Product installation The main unit and the temperature measuring line are buried in the concrete, and the LORA antenna is exposed outside the concrete, and the internal temperature of the concrete can be measured. For the convenience of construction, it is generally recommended to bind it to the steel bar for one-time use.

                3、Layout of the temperature measuring line Arrange according to the above operating instructions for the temperature measuring line.
