In the field of artificial intelligence, the focus has always been on the intelligence of image algorithms. In fact, sensor perception is the cornerstone of artificial intelligence, providing a large amount of useful data for AI. Currently, in the AI field, sensor data and AI algorithms are separated from each other.
Function Introduction
Dynamic Linkage between Sensor Data and Video Overlay
Our company has developed a new gateway. The main function of this gateway is to integrate sensor data with video: it overlays the data from sensors connected to the gateway onto the video feed of cameras also connected to the gateway. The sensor data can be dynamically linked with the video. Users can set alarm thresholds for the sensor data; when the sensor data meets the alarm conditions, the gateway will trigger the cameras on the same gateway. Specifically, the gateway will capture a still image and a short video (from 10 seconds before the alarm to 10 seconds after the alarm) from the triggered camera, and then send them to a designated platform. The block diagram is shown on the right.
This solution, building on traditional character overlay, adds support for wireless sensors — now supporting LORA and LORA WAN - type sensors — and is compatible with 2G/3G/4G/5G networks. It can upload alarm videos; the effect is shown in the figure below.
