Background
Mass concrete, English is concrete in mass. my country's "Construction Standard for Mass Concrete" GB50496-2018 stipulates that the minimum geometric size of concrete structures is not less than 1m. Concrete that causes harmful cracks due to temperature changes and shrinkage is called mass concrete.
During mass concrete pouring, temperature monitoring is very important. When the temperature change exceeds the national standard, appropriate measures should be taken to cool down.

Wireless transmission
Mass concrete is composed of cement and steel bars. The initial water content and temperature of pouring are relatively high. Each mass concrete needs multiple measuring points. Each measuring point is divided into three parts: upper, middle, and lower. There is a certain distance between the points. The measuring point uses LORA for wireless data transmission, and uploads the concrete temperature data to the LORA gateway through LORA, and the LORA gateway uploads the data to the cloud server.
LORA is a low-power, long-range, high-penetration wireless technology. It is very suitable for use in the scene of concrete temperature measurement.
Sensor
Hengyi Technology has obtained many patents on the development and application of TOF, temperature and humidity, and gas sensors. In the field of concrete temperature measurement, Hengyi Technology combined advanced sensor technology at home and abroad, and developed a high-precision digital temperature sensor module. This temperature measurement module can work in a high temperature soaking environment.
