These accidents can be prevented. There are many signs before the accident. Our company makes full use of sensors, alarm gateways, and cloud platform to construct a gas early warning system.

2.1 Overall function

Our company has developed a gas leakage early warning system for these gas explosion accidents. This system consists of gas sensor, local alarm system, gas alarm gateway, and cloud platform.

There are five types of gas alarms for different sites, carbon monoxide sensor, methane sensor, propane sensor, carbon monoxide and propane alarm, and explosion-proof gas alarm. Carbon monoxide sensors are used in closed places to use carbon monoxide produced by insufficient combustion of gas, such as bathrooms. There are two types of domestic gas, one is pipeline gas, and the other is liquefied gas, which is stored in a rigid bottle. The composition of these two types of gas The main component of the pipeline gas is methane, and the main component of the liquefied gas is propane. Propane sensors are recommended for households using bottled gas and small-scale sites, and propane sensors are recommended for households and small-scale sites that use piped gas. Explosion-proof sensors are recommended for large-scale gas and bottled gas. Gas alarm.

Each gas sensor has a built-in high-decibel alarm horn. When the alarm detects gas leakage, the alarm horn starts to alarm.

For the three small places, our company has developed a gas wireless alarm gateway. This wireless gateway supports 100MBPS/1000MBPS Ethernet and 4G/5G mobile wireless communication externally, and supports LORA, LORA WAN, RS485, 100MBPS/1000MBPS Ethernet. The gas alarm and sound and light alarm are connected to the alarm gateway through RS485/LORA, and the network camera and network speaker are connected to the alarm gateway through RJ45/WIFI. When the gas alarm occurs, the gas alarm reports the alarm information, and the gas alarm gateway receives the alarm information. Take the following actions respectively: 1. Start the local wireless sound and light alarm and network alarm speaker 2. Report the alarm signal to the cloud server 3. Upload the picture of the network camera site to the cloud server 4. Generate the alarm for 10 seconds before and 10 seconds after the alarm is generated The video is uploaded to the cloud server.

 

The main functions of the cloud platform are responsible for equipment management, alarm management, and traffic management of mobile communication.

    2.3Gas alarm gateway

  • Product Features

The main function of this gateway is to combine sensor data with video, superimpose the data connected to the sensor on the gateway to the video of the camera on the gateway, the data of the sensor can be linked with the video, and set the alarm valve for the data of the sensor If the number of sensors reaches the alarm condition, the camera will be linked with the sensor on the same gateway. The gateway will capture a picture and a short video 10 seconds before and 10 seconds after the alarm from the camera, and send it to the designated platform.
