These factors have increased the risk of ships hitting bridges. Many railway bridges were built at an early age and the bridge body is low, which is very prone to ship-bridge collision accidents. When an ultra-high vessel collides with a bridge illegally, the bridge displacement and the shortening of the bridge life may occur, and the bridge displacement will easily lead to vicious accidents such as bridge collapse.

二.Method To Realize

      2.1 Method to realize

     Put two rows of radar sensors on each elevated pole or bridge, one row facing down, the other straight ahead, the distance between the radars is 50CM, the radar can detect whether there are obstacles or cars in front of 50 meters away, and can also detect the underside of the viaduct. distance from the vehicle to the viaduct. When the viaduct is in danger from vehicles and ships, it will be reported to the video alarm gateway. The video alarm gateway will upload the alarm information to the LED screen through RS485, and upload the scene pictures and alarm video to the cloud server through Ethernet. The alarm information is passed to the management department.

      2.3 Anti-collision alarm platform

三.Product Description

      The video system and LED display system are too mature to be introduced here, only the video alarm gateway and radar sensor will be introduced here.

      3.1 Video Alarm Gateway

               The main function of this gateway is to combine sensor data with video, superimpose the data connected to the sensor on the gateway to the video of the camera on the gateway, the data of the sensor can be linked with the video, and set the alarm valve for the data of the sensor If the number of sensors reaches the alarm condition, the camera will be linked with the sensor on the same gateway. The gateway will capture a picture and a short video 10 seconds before and 10 seconds after the alarm from the camera, and send it to the designated platform.
